NAR melaporkan harga median naik 4,2% YoY di bulan Juli, naik dari 4,1% YoY di bulan Juni.<\/p>\n<p>ICE melaporkan harga rumah naik 3,6% YoY di bulan Juli, turun dari 4,1% YoY di bulan Juni, dan Freddie Mac melaporkan harga rumah naik 4,4% YoY di bulan Juli, turun dari 5,2% YoY di bulan Juni.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut adalah perbandingan perubahan FMHPI dari tahun ke tahun, median harga rumah dari NAR, dan indeks Case-Shiller National.<\/p>\n<p>Harga median FMHPI dan NAR tampaknya menjadi indikator utama untuk Case-Shiller.
